Paola Cruz was born and raised in Honduras, to a very kind and loving family. She attended an American System School from ages 3 - 18 where she learned to love books, languages, and philosophy.
At the age of 18, Paola was sent to USA for University studies. As she completed her Bachelor's in Merchandising and Marketing, she stumbled upon her first Yoga Asana Class in 2018. Paola remembers walking out of this class knowing Yoga would become a part of her life.
In 2011 she moved to NYC where she worked in the jewelry industry. She also studied Jewelry Design, and opened her own jewelry line. As time passed, her anxiety grew. Jewelry did not feel like fuel to her soul. One day in 2012, she began meditating.
Meditation began to reshape her life, until five years later, she was certain that her purpose in this life is to share Yoga. In 2018 she traveled to India where she studied under Yoga Masters.
Yoga is now Paola's way of life.
Since her Yoga Teaching Training in India, Paola has taught over 1500 hours of classes to students worldwide, partnered with globally recognized companies, organized retreats and events, taught at International Summits and Yoga Congresses, and taken countless hours of workshops, programs and certificates.

Paola is now an E-RYT (Experienced Yoga Teacher) and is considered a Pioneer in Yoga in her home Country and community.

Paola has hiked in major Mountain Ranges such as The Himalayas in Nepal, The Andes in Peru, Tatras in Poland, AT in USA, PCT in USA.
Paola travels year round and has visited 50 countries so far.
She has visited India on four separate occasions.
One of Paola's favorite things to do is to watch the sunset and listen to the birds.
Paola collaborates with many wellness brands and supports local, women-owned, conscious companies.
Her morning routines include having a green vegetable drink, turmeric-ginger shot, fasting for a few hours, and working out with her boyfriend Brandon.
